We Launched Social Across 5 Networks With One Agent — Here's the Workflow
The exact brief-to-published workflow for running LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok from one agent, with the voice intact.

Here’s the workflow we use to run five networks, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok, from one agent, with no scheduler per platform and no voice that drifts between them. Five steps: one brief, a native draft per network, one calendar, direct publishing, and a first-party read that feeds the next round.
This is the concrete version of the social content engine. If you want the reasoning, start there; this is the how, step by step.
Step 1 — Write one brief
Everything starts from a single brief that fixes the angle, the proof, the call to action, and the voice. Pin the point you’re making, the real number or example that backs it, what a reader should do next, and the guardrails every version has to pass. The brief is the source of truth; the five posts are just its native translations.
The proof has to be real. Pull it from your own data or a genuine customer story, never a statistic the model invented on the spot, because one fabricated number is all it takes for a sharp reader to stop trusting the account.
Step 2 — Generate a native draft per network
From the one brief, generate five drafts, each in its network’s native format. Same idea, same voice, five shapes:
- LinkedIn: a point-of-view text post; educational framing, no fluff.
- Instagram: a Reel hook plus a caption that carries the voice.
- Facebook: the short-form clip again, aimed at a wider discovery audience.
- X: one tight idea, or a short thread when it earns the length.
- TikTok: a trend-aware script with the hook in the first second.
Because all five come from the same brief through the same voice guardrails, the batch sounds like one brand having one thought in five rooms, not five interns guessing.
Step 3 — Schedule the month on one calendar
Queue the drafts on a single calendar with previews, so you see the whole month at once and can balance cadence across networks. Building the queue in one sitting is what keeps a busy week from going dark, and it means every scheduled post already cleared the voice check instead of getting rushed out at 5pm.
Step 4 — Publish straight to each network
Publish directly to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok from the same place you drafted and scheduled. No exporting, no copy-paste between five dashboards, no last-minute retyping that quietly reintroduces off-voice lines. "Post everywhere" collapses into a single review-and-ship step.
Step 5 — Read first-party insights and feed the next brief
After posts go live, read the results from the networks themselves, permalinks and native insights, not screenshots. Look at engagement by network and format, find the shapes that earned saves and shares, and write those learnings straight into the next brief. That feedback loop is what makes week eight sharper than week one.
That’s the whole loop. For the strategy underneath it, read the social content engine; to turn one idea into all five formats, use the repurposing playbook. Or see it run on-brand in Social, starting with a free Brand Genome audit.
